Champagne Fragrances

The champagne accord in fragrance attempts to bottle the sensory experience of fine sparkling wine: effervescent, bright, slightly yeasty, with a fruity, vinous sweetness and the clean sharpness of carbonation. It is achieved using a combination of aldehydic notes (for the fizz), peach and citrus facets (for the fruit), and slightly fermented yeast-like materials that evoke the complexity of actual wine.
