Coconut Fragrances

A coconut accord smells creamy, milky, nutty, and tropical, with possible facets of coconut water, toasted coconut, sunscreen, lactonic cream, or soft white flesh. In fragrance, it can create a beachy, sun-warmed mood or add smooth roundness to florals, musks, and gourmands. Coconut pairs naturally with vanilla, tiare, ylang-ylang, jasmine, pineapple, lime, rum, sandalwood, amber, and salt notes. Some versions are airy and watery, while others are dense, buttery, and dessert-like. The accord is often associated with summer perfumes, tropical florals, and creamy skin scents, but it can also bring soft comfort to woody or ambery blends.
