Coty Fragrances

Coty is a historic French fragrance name that played a major role in the development of modern commercial perfumery. Founder François Coty combined distinctive scents, decorative bottles, and wider distribution to bring fine fragrance to a broader audience. Important early releases include La Rose Jacqueminot, L’Origan, Emeraude, L’Aimant, and Chypre, the influential 1917 perfume whose name became associated with an entire fragrance family built around citrus, florals, moss, and woods. Historic Coty perfumes span floral, powdery, spicy, amber, and mossy styles. The modern Infiniment Coty Paris collection reconnects this heritage with contemporary genderless luxury fragrances and updated interpretations of the house’s ideas.
